Privacy notice

This notice explains what AmIBaked (amibaked.com) collects, why, and who helps us process it. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email address and, for physical items, your shipping address. We need these to deliver your order and send receipts, download links and tracking.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
• Partner inquiries: the details you enter in the “Work with us” form, used only to reply.
• Affiliate clicks: when you follow a gear link we count the click with the page it came from (without query string) and a country code supplied by our hosting provider. We do not store IP addresses for this.

Cookies and local storage

• amibaked_age_ok — remembers that you confirmed you are 21+ (1 year).
• amibaked_theme — your light/dark preference.
• Your shopping bag is kept in your browser’s local storage.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.

Who processes data for us

• Stripe (payments), Printful (printing and shipping merch), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting) and our database provider.
• Affiliate partners see that a visitor arrived from us; they do not receive your personal details from us.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion (where the law allows) by emailing partners@amibaked.com. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.

Age

This site is intended for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
